May 18 Marian had wanted to put in a couple of planting beds beside the rear deck. Previously I had taken measurements and had drawn up a plan and so today I did some gardening. I took up the grass and turned over the soil and then we went out and bought the plants and extra top soil. After all the digging and planting I was a little sore and stiff and my fingers were not up to speed for typing after all the physical work my hands did, so I basically took it easy for the rest of the night and did some reading.
