’08 May 09 4:50 I had a dream about being surrounded by cockroaches and that someone was trying to kill them. I woke up and I couldn’t remember more than what I’ve noted.
Later I looked up cockroaches in Ted Andrews – Animal Wise book and found that as a totem animal, the cockroach represents survival and sensitivity to changes in the environment. To also use what is available to you. To be flexible and adaptive in whatever environment you find yourselves in. To trust what you feel regardless of appearances. They also reflect a loss of childhood (a cockroach as no papal stage) in that we had to grow up and take responsibility too fast.
