I returned from Saskatchewan, on Saturday November the seventh. Marian picked me up in her new car, a Toyota matrix. She told me that her old Saturn was giving her trouble and that it would cost too much to fix so she leased this car instead. It’s a nice car but I think she could of got a few more years out of her Saturn had she taken into another garage to get an estimate. She had gone to the local GM dealer and they told her that the car needed new fuel injectors and that it would cost between $2000 -$3000. Fuel injectors cost about $100 each (x4) and then labor to install, so either the dealer was really giving her a line, or she was giving me a line to justify her getting a new car.
