Post 584 Wishing is a form of hatred

’10 Jan 06 I was talking with a friend today and during the conversation the subject of wishing came up. I felt how wishing for something has a hidden denial and judgment present that is actually the opposite of what one is wishing for. The hidden denial and judgments are actually a form of hatred, subtle as it may be, it is still hatred as there is no acceptance involved. There is also a strong dislike or distain for the “feelings” that are associated with what is not desired. It is the non acceptance of these feelings (our feelings) that expose the self-hatred and unlovingness.

For example

Wish for……..Hidden denial and judgment
Money…………………..Poor
Power……………..Powerless
Freedom…………….Prisoner
Love………………..Unloved
Health…………………..Sick
Beautiful………………..Ugly
Successful…………….Failure
Popular…………………Alone
Happy……………………Sad
And the list is endless….

Even if you wish for something for another person, the same conditions apply. It just goes to show how many judgments and denials we have that need to be released and ended so that we can create our reality, instead of re-acting to it, through our imprints, programs, beliefs and judgments.

Substituting wish with intent and desire to find the underlying cause and issue that one has, say with money, and to heal it, will open the doors to remove not having money as a problem. This is not an affirmation or a prayer, but a whole hearted intent to take personal responsibility for all your issues and experiences, and to move out all that does not serve your highest purpose and good.
