I was on facebook and saw a link to “JFK told us the TRUTH.” When I saw the link, I remembered part of his speech about exposing “others” and ending secrets, and I realized that while he was open about exposing “others” and their secrets, he was in denial about exposing “his” secrets. The reason he justified his denials was that he thought that it would directly affect his credibility as President and hence the reason that his denials came back to haunt him, or in his case, assassinate him. The unseen role of denial and the power it has to create your reality, one that you don’t desire. JFK told the truth, but only a part truth, as he was hiding all “his” secrets, like affairs and dealings that he didn't want "others" to know.
