Post 733 A taste of their own medicine

[/COLOR] As reported on Yahoo In recent days, the US government (and others) have decided to stop Wikileaks by cutting off its source of funding through donations See. Conspiracy Science

Today, the very same financial institutions that stopped Wikileaks funding donations were hit by hackers.. Shutting down their website..

Batangas Today MasterCard‘s website has been reportedly attacked by hackers after the credit card company decided to stop allowing web users to make donations to WikiLeaks, international reports said.

The online group was called Anonymous who was said to be responsible for the distributed denial of service (DDOS) attack. The group claimed and confirmed it through their Twitter account Anon_Operation saying:

“We are glad to tell you that is down and it’s confirmed! #ddos #wikileaks Operation:Payback(is a bitch!) #payback”.

Meanwhile, after successfully knocking down MasterCard‘s website, the online “hacktivist” decided to attack and at around 1:00p.m. Pacific time the site can no longer be accessed.

According to reports, the online attacks are revenge and part of a wave of support for WikiLeaks. This is to put pressure on financial companies that recently cut ties with the WikiLeaks website after it partially released information on U.S. Department of State classified cables.

I’m laughing as it’s a double twist on the old Golden Rule of “do unto others as you would have others do unto you" …. But with the notwithstanding clause (that the government and financial institutions use of… “Do as I say, not as I do.”

It’s nice to see them getting a taste of their own medicine.. and I’m sure they don’t like it.
I’m still laughing LOL : –)
