Yet another news reporter suffering from an on air mental lapse and incoherent ramblings. As I watched it I was thinking of my previous Post 767 Dumbed down Epidemic and wondered if the people I was observing were having mini attacks similar to what the reporter was having, and if so, what is really going on?
