During my recent visit with my friend Irene who I made the drums for, I also spent some time with another friend Jen. On my first visit with Jen, we ended up sharing a pizza and watching a movie, “Under the Tuscany sun” 
I was activated and moved into tears at the end of the movie, when the comment was made about family. I felt and realized that our REAL family is not necessarily our birth family, but rather are the people whose Heart we touch, and who touch our Heart. It was a powerful and profound message and feeling that I felt to the core of my Being. It was in that moment that I realized that Jen and Irene were Family, in a way that I had never realized before.
